Approximately 1600-2500 Sq. Feet Carpet area for 60-100 Seats. This also depends on city to city.

India - We are expanding in Delhi NCR and North India as of now, but we will be entering South India and West India as well in 2023.

International - We are looking to expand in GCC, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia

Any other locations offered can be evaluated on a case-to-case basis.

We only do models where we operate the restaurant ourselves.

Our models to expand are - 

  1. Self-Funded - leased Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) stores. 
  2. Property Owner or Property Developer - invested COCO stores, with a higher rental or revenue share in return for the investment made by them on the restaurant Capex.
  3. Ready F&B spaces at 5-star hotels - at prime locations for a MG and Rev share.
  4. Infra / Asset leasing model - with a minimum guaranteed return on the investment and additional upside from revenue share.

All locations are evaluated by our business development team with certain parameters.

To evaluate we would need details like high resolution photos of indoor and facade, Property Carpet area, Floor, Rent expected.
